David Stroupe, Vice-President/General Manager

David began working in the HVAC industry in 1974. He started out working in the installation and service part of the business. He later moved on to designing and selling Commercial, Industrial, and Residential HVAC systems in 1986. David became Vice-President and General Manager of Brockman Furnace Co. in 2000, overseeing the day to day operations of the company.

Bill Bibbee, Parts Manager

Bill started part-time with Brockman Furnace Company in 1967 as a helper while he attended Wittenberg University. After graduating, he went on to pursue a career in law enforcement. Bill returned to Brockman Furnace Co. in 1976 and has held many different positions. Currently, he oversees the parts department, IT department and is the safety manager.

Cheryl Schilke, Office Manager

Cheryl started as a part-time dispatcher in the fall of 2001. In the spring of 2002, she accepted the full-time position of office manager. Today, Cheryl is in charge of all front office operations, which include billing and permit inspections.

Jim Estep

Jim Estep began working in HVAC industry in 1975 in the Columbus area doing both installation and service work, moving back to the Springfield area in 1979. With an interest in the industry Jim's attention soon moved into the design and sales of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Over the years Jim has been a leader in the Clark County not only in the HVAC industry but also in the building of custom homes. Brockman was proud to have Jim join our team in November 2010.
